By accessing or using Provops services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Provops.
Services
Provops provides platform engineering consulting (Build Your Platform), managed platform services (Managed Platform), and open-source tooling (Knodex). The specific terms of each service engagement are defined in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Provops or its licensors. Knodex OSS is licensed under its respective open-source license. Client-specific work products are governed by individual service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Provops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
